1.) A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a puppy. Deposits are non-
refundable.
2.) All puppies come with a 2 yr. warranty for defects of a genetic nature.
Written conformation of any genetic defects will be provided by the
purchaser at the purchasers expense by a Veterinary Specialist. The
the warranty consists of a replacement puppy of equal value from
the next available litter.
3.) Puppies are to considered sold as a "Companion Animal" only. No
warranty will be given for the purpose of herding, agility, disc dog,
conformation show dog etc. While your puppy may be capable of performing
the above listed functions and more, no warranty will be given as to its
fitness for any purpose other than "Companion".
4.) Pet puppies are sold on a spay/neuter agreement. Breeding rights on "some"
puppies can be purchased at an additional cost. Those puppies sold as
"pets" will come with a copy of the application for registration. At such time
as the puppy is altered, the original application for registration will be
provided.
5.) No guarantee can be given as to the size your puppy will mature to. While
puppies can be registered as Miniatures regardless of size, please
understand that these dogs have genetic AKC bloodlines and "throw backs"
to the large Australian Shepherds can occur. This can also be true in the
opposite form, puppies that should mature to miniature size, may only mature
to a toy standard. There is no true way of telling what size a puppy will
mature to at birth.
